I asked Chillaxed Cow to help me with the genre and name, and he said this: This sounds more electro than chiptune. It sounds like a soundtrack for a video game character so you could base the name upon that. I have never touched the electro genre before so I'm not sure, sorry. This genre is very similar to Bassfreak so I suggest you go ask him!
