brick waveform is a reminder that the mix is too loud
just what I know in my experience
the less clip there is, the cleaner it is if the waveform is a 100 percent brick it's gonna be pretty distorted and less pleasing to hear
well it is actually, in a sense when it comes to mixing, clip is something best recommended to avoid if you are going for something loud
