So I decided to do it another way. This is sort of technique I resort to:
- make simple beats in AT, cycle it and press "Play";
- put on your headphones;
- try to play something, just play - it's funny ;)
- when you catch the rhythm, try to record it (not via AT, use another soft for this);
- convert it to .mp3 (I use this online converter: http://www.online-convert.com/ );
- okay, you know what to do next :)
That's it. Recording becomes much more effective.
I had problems with recording guitar with AT's metronome, so later it dawned to me that it's because I don't hear the main sound (for which current part is being recorded). Really, this process became something boring and wasn't fun at all :)
I think I just had an eargasm. :0 Your music is wonderful! Gee, I wish I had your skills! My favorite is your "Light in a Storm"! It all fits together so nicely!
