Most of what I've made so far is available to listen to (for free) at I'm pretty new with Audiotool - I was using Audiosauna + Audacity until Flash went the way of the Space Duck.

I feel sort of stupid now that I've realized how much more you can do with an Audiotool + Audacity combo. Woops.

  • The story is largely written, as well as a fair amount of the code that's going to be needed, but we have a long ways yet as far as animations and voice acting - which are the most time intensive steps. A key member/partner of ours unfortunately passed away a few months back, so we've lost a lot of momentum. But we're picking it back up. It'll definitely get made but it might take a couple more years.

    • Oh also, if there's anything you're working on through this site that you need help with or if there's anything you don't know and would like to know, just let me or someone else know, most of the people on here are pretty chill lol.

    • Lol I know what you mean. If there's any kind of vibe in particular you're wanting to get that you aren't finding in what you've heard from me already or that you'd like to get generally, feel free to hit me up and I'll see if I can put something together for you.

    • Gotcha - we'll definitely be in touch before we include anything, whether or not its free to use we want to make sure to credit the right people for their work. As far as sound goes, most of what we need is voice acting at this point. But there's room for more music, especially mood setting / ambient music. And probably room for more effects.

  • Hello hello, you've caught my attention. I listened to the track you've got on the site you've listed, also I'm interested in what kind of games you guys are working on.

    • Ooo yeah that sounds pretty cool, that's the kind of vibe I was getting from the tracks listed as well as the names and all so that's cool. I'm looking forward to seeing what you guys end up doing with the ideas. How far along have you gotten so far?

    • Thanks for taking an interest :) We're working on a role-playing game, single player. Very story driven, with a big twist. Single-player. Set 1000 years from now. The gameplay is going to be half Sid Meier's Pirates ( except in space) and half turn-based tactical shooter. Going from star system to star system to do missions or sell goods (or be a pirate), etc, and the shooter part happens for boarding operations, or on planet surfaces / space stations.
