Here is how to use a synth, i would explain but it would take a while. You can use it to get piano sounds, organ sounds, even use it to make dubstep wobble bass.
Plus it will be all yours :)

As soon as I learned how to use a synth, my shockwave flash crashes.. WTF!!!
