ur free split is really good . back and breast splits could use a lot of work, 1:17 in the back could be dropped down to like 1:07 if you kept working on it. breast split might take a while to get down but it’s also what really makes or breaks your 400im . my splits are kinda even 56 1:06 1:10 58 so like definitely get that middle chunk down and you’re golden
