This isnt hardcore, this goes under the category of Trap or HipHop. By hardcore they mean Hardcore EDM.

Me too. As @Momo桃. already wrote: Hardcore (EDM) and Hardcore Hip Hop are totally different. This track might be Hardcore Hip Hop but the selected genre is Hardcore (EDM) or Hardcore Techno. This track should be in Trap or Hip Hop and be tagged with `#hardcore hip hop` or simply `#hardcore` But no one cares because it's easier to chart in a not so popular genre. Everyone looking for EDM will no longer find the music they're looking for.
