Mixing was a big fail on this, and I need to know what kind of layers to have so I can work on making them. I need to know how they should sound so I don't just add more unnecessary stuff on top of the bass

Probably more basses. I would also work on the mixing a little more. But u don't have to overwhelm the song with layers, because your computer might not tolerate that lol.
