A very special project and a prologue of what's to come. Though I rarely express myself in this genre, Glitch-Hop has been one of the core foundations of my musical inspirations dating all the way back to 2010. KOAN Sound and earlier music by Seven Lions were heavily referenced/emulated while I was making this. I was always so intrigued by the structural complexity of the different basses in their music and I tried to recreate that here (there's like 6-7 Bass elements and 2 Rasselbocks in this bad boy). Other nuanced elements I added included the Vocal Chops for an Ambient vibe, a 70% swing groove for super funky rhythmic percussion, and the first time I've utilized arpeggios to mimic a Guitar/Ukulele.

WE DID IT! Took almost 10 years, but I'm glad to have finally hit this milestone. I greatly appreciate everyone who has supported me since joining this site in December 2011, and I hope I can continue to keep bringing you all content that you can enjoy. Normally, people do remix competitions for this sorta thing, but most users either aren't able to open my drafts (especially this chunky one) or just aren't really interested in doing solid remixes of my stuff. I figured I'd let y'all decide on this one. Let me know in the comments if you guys want me to setup a separate draft with just acoustic elements (arp guitar, vocal chops, piano, choir, etc.). If there's enough demand for it, we'll setup a proper contest with decent prizes (Gravi Merch, Studio Headphones, Cash Money, etc.).
