It's got a good build up. the drums need to be louder on the pitch side and they might sound good fading in at the beginning and it seems you ran out of ideas at the end, but that's okay. A nice fade out goes a long way.
Other than that, the guitar chords are really nice and the notes are placed perfect; you'd be surprised how hard it is to do that.
