I have the same mood swings, less sever mostly but still there. For me it's like I feel when I'm a lil manic and I feel when I'm really low... Important though to have things around u that can balance u. I know I've drank depressed alone my fair share so can't say I have it always... but i know it's important

thats fucked up for me a bit cause , i really dont do it for attention.
