For prophecy, a serenade.

For future kin, my part I played.

Bestowed upon a task divine,

exchanged my face for one not mine.

Deceive the people, play a fraud.

They cannot know I am no god.

And after long, my facade broken.

A horrid fate, their doom awoken.

A divination, true as told.

Rising waters walls can’t hold.

A drowning throne, a people lost.

I gave my all, but at what cost?

500 years, and tears in spades.

Embracing fate, solitude awaits…

    Ifl this track

  • Not my style but definitely a great atmosphere!

  • I thought I listened to this already but I guess not lol.

This is an awesome track. owo b

  • Furina..

  • Idk how i forgot to give this a heart but here you go 👌

    • <3

    • I also forgot to compliment you on your mixing after the drop. The sounds do all blend together very nicely, and it's an absolute vibe. The way you mixing your growls together is awesome.

  • I agree, definitely your best work so far. Everything is very clean. Only suggestion is to maybe change up that main bass over time just to keep things interesting. Otherwise, very good job

  • Very smooth intro. Good resonance. I love the hats you used too. Percussion is mixed very well. Buildup is fantastic. I love the effects you used for the dialog- the vocals sit right on top of the mix very nicely.

Anyways, the drop is super badass! Main bass is super crisp, and the wubs are designed pretty well. They might be able to afford a wider stereo image, but the design is solid. The mixing could use some touch-ups in the drop, but the more you do it, the better you'll get.

    Much love!

    • Tysm! Glad you like it :D

    Based on feedback:

    - Increased the punchiness of the drums

    in the drops

    - Reworked the effect chains on the vocal samples

  • ahhhh some Genshin fanart. Always interesting :) I'm not as big a fan of Genshin as some people, so putting that aside and looking at this track on it's own, I'd say I like it! it's VERY atmospheric in the beginning. I really like the way it builds tension at first, although I wish it was just a LITTLE more tension. The vocal sample is hard to hear what they are saying which I think may be important (idk). I would try running it thru some filters and boost the good freqs so that

    • EDIT***sorry I forgot to mention that when you're isolating frequencies you should be using a visual EQ (usually the best tool). increase the gain in a very small frequency range and then adjust that range from low to high. Keep the parts that sound better when you amplify them. Then do the same thing but with negative gain values, to diminish the parts of the sound you don't like.

If you need more details or anything explained more, just drop a message on my wall. khaveagreatdaybye

    • I'll also take a look at some of the tips for the vocals you mentioned. I'm still really not used to using speech in my tracks

    • Big thanks for all the feedback man! I've had major struggles with the drop so far so I'm not really surprised it's the weak point of the track. I'll have another look at beefing it up some more later!
