hello! i want to share some updates about my life: -- i went to music school for piano performance and got chronic tendonitis in both arms. ive never given myself the chance to heal so ive been dealing with it for over a year. ive finally begun taking better care of it; however, even though it can be cured, it still makes me question if ill ever be able to get back on top of my game, because the recovery time is slow. -- i also havent had a laptop capable of running audiotool for a few years now. last summer my brother brought home a PC from school and i started some neat ideas, but he took it back so i couldnt finish them. however, im going to try and get a new computer in the next month or two that is capable of running audiotool. -- because of this situation of staying at home alongside my recovery from my piano issues (i cant really practice for a while), and also because of this wonderful community, i figure that i might as well start making some music here again. please dont expect anything amazing, ive got to warm up my creative brain and audiotool skills again and that might take a while. -- to all of those who have supported my music making here over the years, thank you thank you thank you so much. i dont know how many of those people will see this, but i really appreciate it. when i created this account 7 years ago i never expected that this experience of making music and sharing it with others would influence me so powerfully, but it has. in the face of my own challenges as an aspiring performing artist, it is places like audiotool that remind me of the reasons why i do music in the first place. -- im well aware my account isnt buzzing like it used to haha, but i still wanted to put this out there for those who may check. everyone, take care and stay healthy and hopefully ill get some music out soon :)
