the withdrawal of using audiotool
i physically cannot use fl studio right anymore
I'm so used to audiotool's functions and easier capabilities that fl studio just not for me- still gonna dabble it in every now and then but I manage to get used to audiotool more than fl studio so HAH
audiotool means way too much for me to not use as a main source to make music- plus, it's the only DAW I never got a headache on in terms of learning what's what and what to do/how to use them lol

but I posted this because I go insane realizing stuff I make outside AT is really different because I follow a concrete "aesthetic" here

everyone has their own skill curve to say the least

I somewhat feel like I can't add backing to my take here
I didn't say it was a bad thing per say, I just have a very different approach when it comes to the whole process
I just want to test ideas really
sure one can enjoy a challenge, but I want to teach myself in easy ways as well

it's impressive seeing people being able to make such stuff that takes less of a hassle to do on other DAWs, even if it means going through - as you said - sound design heck, but man, the joy about making music in audiotool is the rewarding feel of making something you normally thought you couldn't do and it's just

i mean, the joy of audiotool is just learning to make sounds you normally couldn't do in other DAWs xd
I mean dang, we got people making professional dubstep, realistic violins, etc, etc through audiotool alone- doing sounds I don't usually hear from other DAWs
i'd rather go through sound design heck cause I wanna learn new sound techniques and make something new everytime, rather than always relying on doing the same methods (all) the time

I use other DAWs mostly to dump midis here and samples on rare occasion

you will be surprised to know that a lot of stuff I make outside Audiotool is a very different world of ideas that I wish I could replicate here
if Audiotool had something akin the DirectWave sampler from FLS I would have an easier time coming up with ideas I actually want rather than going through sound design hell
but hey
gotta experiment here
omg this is so cute ghbdjfgvh
