  • WOW, how da heck do you do this kind of stuff??? You are god frikin' talented bro, AMAZING WORK!!!

  • bruh i'm so bad at future bass xD

    GG it sounds really good

    • well it wasnt really me doing future bass lol. was just practicee with parallel compression

  • I need to make my remix better

    • If I were to do something decent in the future could I sample this for a drop

  • Me having no idea what parallel compression is:

    Yep that's looks about right

    • I watched a YouTube video about it and tried to copy his method.

    • oh lol

It's actually a neat technique that @Velocistar taught me when we were making my latest single, then I introduced it to Astrel on discord. It's not really parallel compression tho, but I guess he achieved a similar end sound using a different technique?

  • WOW you actually tried out the technique I told you about! it's pretty neat, tho I have to agree with Perds, u gotta take out the feedback before the compression otherwise your sound also compresses the feedback as well

generally you wanna layer the compressed sound with the original, but I cant really see that in the effects chain. There ARE more than a few ways to do it so you might be doing it ok as well

    • Okay. I’ll try it out. Thanks!

  • u gotta put gates on the end of effect changes with waveshaper distortion to stop the feedback :)
