i dont think 808 is untuned
i think its unmixed, u prolly have another low frequency sound thats clashing with the 808 so thats why it sounds muddy.
also the melody sounds wayyyy to harsh on my ears, place eq on it so it dont sound like a chainsaw breaking through my screen
