You would have to take down some low & mid, and give it a high shelf. Then solo it & turn the EQ off & on to see the difference. Then listen to it in the mix, and see what is good, and what's not good.
If you're using a lot of samples and synths or other instruments, they usually have fundamental frequencies that they hit in. What you want is your mid-range to be more balanced to where you're hearing the lows, mids and the highs in a more balanced way opposed to the mid-range being the loudest thing which will cause your song to be muddy when the low mids are the loudest.
id say this is bass house. or maybe weird complextro kinda idk. a couple crits. first i feel like u needa switch something up at some point. it gets extremely redundant. also i think the bass sounds a bit weird i the higher octave. what i suggest is maybe making a different bass and pattern and replace the high octave part with the new bass. also (just personal preference), i dont like when u switch the drum beat, it sounds a bit cheesy. if u wanna stick with that idea i recommend changing the -
