first i'll say the chord progression is cool and i like the sound it has --
but that hihat is earpiercingly loud and shrill. i would definitely bring it down a few dB. there's also no bass, so it lacks much movement or energy. and ik you dont want to hear that it's repetitive but it feels like an unfinished idea; it doesnt go anywhere different enough to justify its almost 3 min runtime. some different sounding sections would make it a far more interesting track

yeah that's the part where I got stuck. I counldnt find anymore creativity to it and you're most definitely right it lacks movement and energy I'll try to learn from this and do better
