There were always many people involved in each chapter of Audiotool since we started Audiotool within Hobnox 2007 and I’m sure that we’ll hear more perspectives on what happened.
Nobody wanted to delete Andre’s new profile to not escalate further, but sharing personal info about shareholders and employees is not allowed, even if it were true.
Andreas: Ah man! Andre has straight been spitting facts and is taking legal action?! I'll silence him even though it's late, ill try to downplay the situation because I'm so scared!
Andre has yet again created an account ( I lost the count already ). Go ahead, delete it again, little scared man. Prove my point that you can't counter his arguments so it's easier to simply silence him!
Since my name recently appeared in relation with our former colleague André Michelle leaving Audiotool (in the document he shared), I feel it's appropriate to share a few thoughts and remarks.

What's next? Will you start deleting comments and accounts of users who support him? I believe you could easily do it judging by the PDF that Andre shared. Taking care of the community hasn't been your priority is the conclusion I've made after reading the PDF.
I've not been making music here lately, but now after reading the PDF there is just one thing I want to promise to myself first and foremost - I'll never make a single track here on AT while you are the CEO of Audiotool. And I really, really hope that a miracle happens where Andre, the actual creator of this platform makes Audiotool 2.0 or the best scenario gets the actual Audiotool out of your hands which he deserves. You are a spit shine image of how not to do business.
It would be nice to hear from other staff about the situation. Feel free to make an anonymous account on discord and share any experiences, good or bad. My heart goes out to the team, as even though the situation right now is complicated, I am still excited for the future of audiotool.
Deleting every Andre Michelle's account and not saying a thing makes you look even worse, given that you're a CEO of audiotool not a 12y old ( I assume)
i don’t think there’s any way where deplatforming Andre would’ve gone well, it almost seems cowardly how instead of directly addressing the issue with at least a professional statement they just dodge the issue, release a statement that means nothing, and hope that enough account deletes will work.

i can respect a man's persistence in his ambitions but to not course correct after consistent mistakes and stagnating progress i can only say,
i hope this guy's end goal makes actual sense
