From what I've heard, you shouldn't worry about "going big" (I don't). If you love music then you will just make music and before you know it you'll be plenty big.
It's not only about that, but good connections. Judging by your perceptions, you must have very little knowledge of how hard it is to get to "the top". Imagine yourself, but multiply that by 2,000 or more, and that's how many other like-minded producers there are, all competing. What sets a few apart you ask? Connections! If you have other, influental djs playing your songs, you may get to the top. But how will you do that? If you can answer this question and get signed to a label, you may have a chance.
On soundcloud your music is being compared with the big boys (guys like Sasha, Richie Hawtin, Paul van Dyk, Deadmau5, the list goes on) so really you might get less attention with your music being compared to serious, pro creations made in the studios. And if you do want to make it to the top, you first have to get signed to a label. And as @arche3.0 said, "Hard work marketing will get you attention as long as you have a good product to offer." You'll certainly come back after a LACK of attention.
I'm not hating, he can go and use FL Studio if he wants, I don't care about that, the fact is, this is the worst excuse ever. So if you think I'm complaining...well actually I don't really care if you think I'm complaining.
wen your song end it,s goes automatic on add ....your first advise archer3.0 was better money t-shirt ,pants,backpack,drink.underwear......you walk in the street whit your add beach party ,dance club ,nudist beach ok let's forgot about the last one anyway you know i am shore of it ...
It's the fact that it is in the description. It smacks attention seeking. Fact is that you could work in audiotool to gain a following and then work to wean them onto another place to check out your music regardless of system. Cold start on soundcloud is not going to be a fast track regardless of system. Hard work marketing will get you attention as long as you have a good product to offer (music that is unique and worth the listener's time)

You may find attention harder to obtain outside of Audiotool. I think it's quite possible that you'll come running back here.
Miss u
I think you're better off trying both. It'd be best to remove the word "strictly" from your description. You're not thinking of a good idea right now.
sry syntax
