@EscapingReality I think you'll be thrilled to know that I'm making another track. Since I'm reusing that bwamp bwamp synth in Musiclocked - Beats I've dubbed the song Beats 2. It sounds pretty cool so far, I just have to add a few more.. ehh additives and it should be ready to post sometime soon. Also, when can I add you to Discord so I can just send the preview??
That's great to hear, I'm looking forward to it. As for Discord... I made an account a long time ago but I don't use it- my chromebook won't let me on, and I couldn't get there on my phone either for some reason- so I'll just have to wait for the full track, sorry man.
Yeah, I still have no idea how to make presets myself- I'm always using other's presets, trying to find the best sounds that match the closets to how I imagine my music concepts in my head. Sometimes it's tough to find the right ones or the best ones, but sometimes it leads me to stumble across a preset that I end up liking that I wasn't originally looking for, so it turns out alright.
Aye, do what you need to do. Additionally, I'm finding myself less likely to fear using other peoples preset synths. It's how I made Beats, honestly lol
I get that. Maybe we could collab again sometime, not now because I'm drowning in school work I need to catch up on. But for old times, and maybe you could find some inspiration or motivation out of it.
That's good to hear. I've recently just hit a very very large roadblock that I can probably associate with self-doubts and fear that my audible creations aren't all that great despite having received praise from my songs. But it just doesn't sound good anymore and my choice of music seems to getting more vague each year, makes me wonder if something big is happening to my personality and such. Gotta keep pushing though, even if it doesn't feel like anything is moving.
Oh yeah, that's right. Lettin' y'all know that I am actively working on a new song. It's very reminiscent of The Heist / Sneaky Stroll. It's only, I'd say 35% done but it's boppin'.
