Environment 95: Cilantro

"Cilantro can smells fresh, earthy and citrusy with hints of lemon and lime." "To those who can't stand it, cilantro tends to smell bitter, rancid" "The smell of cilantro is often described as pungent or soapy" "Cilantro is said to have a fresh, citrusy, and/or soapy taste" I used a repetitive piano sound with four notes to incorporate the soapy smell and flavor. I used a repetitive string and horn instrument like sound to create the pungent aroma I used notes that I think describe both smells. I used extra sound effects to describe both the smell and taste music for night time
