one of the best ways to write a song is to take a cool riff you like and rewrite it in a different sequence, nothing wrong with that :) If it sounds too close though you might get sued so good to notice stuff like that

Interestingly Mike, i was planning on making a track, but after jingling on the piano for a bit i realized it was the same chords and sequence used in the theme tune for James Bond haha
