heyo! im back with an ACTUAL single this time i hope you enjoy, this was a super personal cut and currently one of my favorite songs i've released.
-
this track was produced by nate2timez and myself, and we are currently working on an entire EP together and i'm SOOOOOO excited to share what i've been working on these past few months. I cant lie i've been in a super rough time in my life, but the lyrics from these tough times have captured some of my favorite and most mature songs yet. I hope you love and appreciate this track, the next single "Grown up" with nate will be releasing on June 2nd :)

this is a another pride anthem of mine, about being accepted for queer identity and some of my own personal hurtles with it <3

LYRICS:
Feel like I can’t change
Try to fix myself but it won’t take
Every part of my soul needs a damn break
Kind of why I skipped church last Sunday
Folks think I’m still straight tryina to save face
Kind of feel mom knows but she won’t say
My fears run fast in a mind race that’s why I wrote my songs that I can’t say
So I had my face
Scuffed up as a faze
I struggled to pray
I am gods disgrace
I bottle of my faith
In bottles of pain
And try to suppress
Every ounce of my fate
I struggle to change
Cause I wasn’t meant to change
Fix something that won’t break
I buried pride is an instinct
Come to find out it’s all fake
I wish that I could fix myself for you
I wish that I could hold you like I do
I wish that you would dry your lovely tears
And make the nightmares disappear
I wish that I could fix myself for you
I wish that I could hold you like I do
I wish that you would dry your lovely tears
And make the nightmares disappear

remember you are loved by someone, and you are not alone <3 thanks for giving me a few minutes of your time
the fact that you can go from "racist old white man do the trick" to "i bottle my faith in bottles of pain" proves that you are an actual lyrical genius
from one queer to another, it gets better the more you embrace yourself and forget the critics
Po9t we need to do a collaboration
can one yall come see my two new songs i want to see how people like them
So beautiful love it so much keep it up, man! <3 <3
