Alternatively, use Perdition’s “robo” preset for the pulsar delay

Use the pulsar delay. Turn the two sync knobs all the way down and mess with the millisecond knob. Gives you a metallic noise

That was a good idea.
I know you're really good with vowels, so if you mix a bit of that in with your metallic noises you're legit gonna sound better than XculE.

it was mostly an accident but I found out that spamming artificial flangers gave the noise a metallic machinery noise
which I layered with a more solid noise because just the metallic noise by itself was really boring
