Well you didn’t make it yourself but you know what sounds good (which is something not a lot of people know). Try making the synths next time.

That's a good point, actually. Try and start of by sequencing the drums on a maschiniste. You can drag the one-shot samples into it and left click on the drum machine to create a note track. From there it's just graphing the drum samples out in midi. All you should need is a fuzzed kick, a clap/snare and a open/closed hat.
You can also take the output from each one-shot and link them to the centroid for more mixing control
