I've never used the pulv as a signal processor. I think I've tried routing audiotracks through it hoping it would work as a vocoder (I was 15) and never tried the audio input again.
I gotta try it now.
Oh yes, thats actually where the pulv came in handy. The pulv acted as a gate, and an auto env. Basically all I did was randomize the filter automations, and switched it around until I got a cool flow. I've used this exact sound setup before, in some of my older tracks, so I don't actually remember my thought process behind it
I think the part that's struck me the most is how good the filtered snare sounds.
Was there any trick to this, or was it just a simple thing that came out right?
