Oh yea, don't forget to add your (white) noise to the saw, some more detune, and some reverb/delay in the end as well.

They're actually pretty basic lol. Just make a regular saw (with no FX attatched), a majorly detuned saw (use a chorus or detune with it), and another layer that's extra harsh to give it that nice sounding super saw (I used a Space synth for that part but any synth will do if you know how to work it).
