  • didnt you say you got your pianos from FL?

    • lmao wut do u think about the growls on the drop xD I thought it would be a good idea but now it sounds too excessive

    • I use FL keys for that thicc grand. lol

    • yeah soundtrap has some really good pianos. thats why it sounded familiar, but last time i heard the same grand piano, they said it was from FL.

  • The snare totally reminds me of panda eyes or something, love it so much. lol

Other than some mixing issues, and the lack of eq, this is great, nice job, my guy.

    • As you should. lol

    • yeah i usually slap an eq on everythign myself.

    • Put eq on basically everything. The idea is to cut out all the clashing freqs, so the track flows nicely on the parts where there's layers. If you're making a bass, just use curve to lowpass, boost, ect...

Eqing is actually incredibly simple. All you need is good headphones to hear the freqs. You'll get the hang of it pretty quickly when you start using it.

  • HOLD UP, ALKO HOLD MY BEER I NEED TO HEAR THIS

    • i actually don't like that buildup lead but the drop seems fine

    • i like everything till it hits 1:51 , not my cup of tea but prolly sounds good to others

  • also those are some beautiful snares.

    • obviously the lead ontop of the chords would be when the lead actually came in.

    • could use a bassline during the drop imo. and i think the chords during the drop could use a lead layered on top, but other than that i think its fine.
