Delay Device

Essentials

Delay is a digital delay effect that plays back incoming audio with a defined delay time. Creates rhythmic repeats and echoes with tempo sync, feedback, and wet/dry controls. Use it for rhythmic patterns, spatial depth, or subtle thickening of sounds.
  1. Tempo-synced delay for rhythmic patterns
  2. Feedback and wet/dry controls
  3. Rhythmic repeats and echoes
  4. Spatial effects and subtle thickening
  5. Perfect for synths, drums, vocals, and more

Controls

Controls
ControlDescription
On/Off Activates or bypasses the delay effect
Delay time Time between repeats (quantized to musical values). Step count × step length determines effective delay time.
Steps Count of delay steps (1 to 7). Combined with step length to set total delay time.
Step length Length of each delay step: 1/16 bars, 1/8T bars, or 1/8 bars
F.Back Feedback amount (0 to 100%). How much of the delayed signal is fed back into the delay line. Higher values create more repeats.
Mix Balance between dry and wet signals (0 to 100%). 0 = 100% dry (no effect), 100% = 100% wet (full effect).
